In line with its pursuit of best (sustainable) practise for unique, valued fashion, waste-management and quantity-control, Dzojchen has introduced a unique (for fashion-wear) eco-technology driven initiative. ‘IndiviDUALITY Auction’ gives our customers a distinctive, seamless and empowering opportunity to submit their own auction-price for exclusive, high-quality, limited edition styles. 

The aim is to champion in our customers, a heightened emotional value and attachment to the Dzojchen purchases they acquire on this basis. Dzojchen believes that an enhanced emotional bond between a customer and their purchase prolongs the use-life of garments and contributes significantly to greater fashion sustainability. 

In practical terms, for acceptance of a customer’s auction-price purchase request, the ‘IndiviDUALITY Auction’ platform will take into account the customer’s loyalty (past purchase) profile, the one-of-a-kind/ limited edition release, exclusivity of fabrication, craftsmanship construct hours, delivery location, volume of pieces remaining in stock, item release date, brand engagement, and the auction priced purchase requests for the same item by other customers.

From a Dzojchen perspective, the ‘IndiviDUALITY Auction’ initiative and innovation will enable Dzojchen to nurture long-term, mutually-beneficial relationships with loyal customers, place inspiration and fresh product offering at the forefront of our releases, and gain a better understanding of the appeal:value equation our customers ascribe to the brand and specific products. 

'IndiviDUALITY Auction' pricing will further facilitate better management and minimisation of inventory over-production and stock-wastage, without needing to devalue our product with ‘Sales’ that are counter to sustainability and our fashion equilibrium.
